A deposit is taken before you rent a car from Ability.

This deposit is for Salik (toll), any parking fines, speeding fines and any damage caused to the vehicle.

Yes! Reservations are the best way to avoid disappointment as your desired vehicle may be rented at the time you visit Dubai.

You may cancel your reservation before 48 Hours of your booking. This will need to be done in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Any cancellations after the 48 Hour period will be subject to deductions depending on how close to your booking you cancel.

Most of our cars have a 250 KM per day limit. If you go above the daily allowance, then you could incur further charges.

Ability Rent A Car is flexible to your needs. We can usually allow 1 hour lateness in return, but if you return the car later than 1 hour, then half day rental will be applied, and if you return the car 3+ hours late then full day rental will be charged.

Yes, Ability will deliver your car to you free of charge anywhere in Dubai.

Ability Rent A Car offers daily, weekly and monthly rental packages.

On your last day of rental, Ability will contact you to arrange collection.

We can either send a driver to you, or you can return the car to our office and our driver can drop you to your desired location.

Usually yes, but this is subject to availability. If your desired car is not available then we will not be able to modify your booking. But usually we try our best to look after our customers.

The UAE law only authorises us to hold your deposit for a maximum of 30 Days.

The reason why 30 Days are permitted is because some fines and speeding tickets can take couple of weeks to be notified to us by the authorities.

Therefore we aim to return all deposits within 30 day period.

If there are deductions to be made for Tolls, Fines and Damage, then we will notify you of those and return the balance within the permitted period.

In an unfortunate event that you are involved in a car accident with one of our vehicles. Your should remain with the car and call the police immediately.

Then after that, you should notify us and we will try to get to you.

If the car is drivable, then please move it to a safe spot and wait by the car for assistance.
